RETURNS

     NO RETURN POLICY FOR CLOTHING

• All sales are final.

• Since each product is made to order, we could not accept product returns.

• Refunds are not permitted.

• It is your responsibility to order the correct size.

     SHOES

• If you are not satisfied with the fit of your purchase you may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days from shipment arrival in exchange for a different size. 

• Refunds are not permitted.

• Returns must be undamaged, unused, unworn and all the tags attached with original packaging included.

• We are not responsible for returning shipping costs

SHIPPING

• Pisso Couture is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

• Pisso Couture ships international orders. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

• Taxes and shipping cost are not included in the priced items, will be added at checkout.

 

PRODUCTION

• Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for production in addition to the calculated shipping time.

• Each garment is made to order in Los Angeles upon request and each pair of shoes is manufactured and produced in Italy.
